Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information My Fashion processes, how it is obtained and used, where processing takes place, how long it is retained, and how users can withdraw consent or request deletion.

Data Controller

My Fashion is the data controller for the processing described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].

Information Processed and How It Is Obtained

• Account and authentication: name, email address, user identifier, sign-in provider, and information needed to maintain a secure session, obtained directly from the user or the selected authentication method.
• Photos and visual content: user-selected photos of clothing, footwear, bags, accessories, people, or reference models provided through the camera, photo library, or file picker.
• Item information: identifier, name, category, color, material, palette, tags, favorite status, and other metadata entered by the user or produced during a requested analysis.
• Submitted text: prompts, occasion, style, preferences, and other written instructions provided by the user to request suggestions, analyses, or look generation.
• Purchases and limits: subscription status, transaction identifiers, credits, and counters required to validate purchases and enforce limits. My Fashion does not receive complete payment card details.
• Technical data and operational records: IP address, access date and time, request method and route, and response code. My Fashion also retains timestamps related to session creation, updates, expiration, or revocation; token and access-code hashes; authentication attempt counts; usage counters; and identifiers, dates, and statuses for App Store transactions and notifications. Error logs may record the time and technical details of a failure. My Fashion does not create or retain its own persistent device identifier, app or operating-system version, proprietary request identifier, photos, prompts, readable access codes, or complete tokens in these logs.

On-Device Storage

The wardrobe, accessories, reference photos, avatars, and final look images remain stored locally on the device and separated by user. Signing out does not delete this data. Users can clear their wardrobe in Settings. Removing the app may also delete data stored only on the device.

Internal Artificial Intelligence Processing

When a user requests an artificial intelligence feature, only the photos, metadata, and instructions required for that request are transmitted over a protected connection to servers controlled by My Fashion. The complete visual wardrobe is not sent all at once.

Image generation and editing use the FLUX.2 [klein] model running within infrastructure contracted and administered by My Fashion. The model weights execute inside this environment; Black Forest Labs, the model's creator, does not receive user photos, prompts, or results. Other automated steps required by the feature also run on components hosted and controlled by My Fashion.

Purposes

• Authenticate accounts and maintain secure sessions.
• Analyze and categorize items or reference photos when requested.
• Suggest combinations and generate or edit look images requested by the user.
• Validate purchases, enforce limits, and restore subscription benefits.
• Prevent fraud, diagnose failures, and protect users and the service.

Photos of people are not used for biometric identification, advertising, tracking, or model training.

Service Providers and Sharing

My Fashion does not sell personal data or use it for advertising tracking. AI processing remains under My Fashion's control. Only service providers required to deliver the service may participate:

• Apple and Google: according to the authentication method selected by the user.
• Apple: to process purchases, subscriptions, and restorations made through the App Store.

These service providers receive only the data necessary for their respective functions and must process it under My Fashion's instructions with confidentiality, security, and protection equal or equivalent to that described in this policy and required by applicable law. Information may also be disclosed when required by a valid legal obligation.

Retention and Deletion

Copies of photos, metadata, and prompts received for an AI request are temporary and discarded from the servers after the operation completes or fails. The backend does not maintain a permanent library of clothing, original photos, reference models, or generated looks.

Technical access and server error logs are automatically rotated and retained for no longer than seven days.

Account, session, purchase, credit, and counter data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, protect security, and resolve disputes. When an account is deleted, associated data retained by My Fashion is deleted unless retention is required by law. Data stored only on the device can be removed by the user within the app.

Consent and Withdrawal

Before using features that send data to servers for AI processing, users receive information about the processing and provide explicit consent. Consent can be withdrawn under Profile > Settings > Withdraw consent and sign out. Withdrawal signs the user out, prevents new data from being sent to the servers, and makes app features unavailable until consent is provided again.

Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete the account or cancel an active subscription. The subscription must be managed separately using Manage subscription in the app or through the App Store settings.

Deletion and User Rights

Users may separately request account deletion within the app or by emailing [email protected]. They may also request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about service providers, withdrawal of consent, and deletion of data processed with consent, subject to legally permitted retention.

Security

My Fashion applies technical and administrative measures to limit access, protect transmissions, restrict data use to the stated purposes, and discard temporary files. No method is entirely risk-free, but protections are reviewed according to the nature of the data and the service.

Subscriptions

Withdrawing consent or deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancellation must be completed through the App Store settings. Monthly credits do not roll over; additional credits are governed by the terms displayed in the app.

Audience

My Fashion has a 16+ age rating and is not directed to children. Users must comply with the minimum age and App Store rules applicable in their region.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. Material changes affecting consent-based processing will be prominently disclosed, and new consent will be requested when necessary.
